There’s French Beauty and K Beauty…but what exactly is Black Beauty??

In celebration of Sephora’s commitment to the 15% Pledge, we sought to present a visual thesis on what ‘Black Beauty’ is, and how the world’s most influential, and inclusive beauty culture has been hidden in plain sight. Starting with the film, the campaign also extended to social, an editorial partnership with New York Magazine and a brilliant, thought-provoking SEO collab with Google.

In addition to the work’s many awards, Black Beauty is Beauty was included in the UK’s A-Level Study Curriculum for Media Studies.
